Timothy C. Hayden, Managing Partner

Tim graduated in 1985 from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Finance. From 1986 to 1991 he served as an investment consultant for Analytic Systems Corp., a firm providing Arbitrage Pricing Theory models to guide equity managers on sector and group portfolio weightings. In 1991 Mr. Hayden joined Piper Capital Management (PCM) as Director, Marketing Services for PCM’s Portex Systems Group. Portex was an Arbitrage Pricing Theory model used by equity managers in portfolio construction and risk management. From 1992 until 2005, Mr. Hayden served as Managing Director, Institutional Equity Sales for Piper Jaffray & Co. In 2005 Mr. Hayden resigned from Piper Jaffray & Co. to found Case Capital Management, LLC.
